Questions
How does the free trial work?
Sign up and use everything in the Pro plan for 14 days. No credit card is needed. When the trial ends, choose a plan to keep going; if you don't, your account becomes read-only and nothing is deleted.
Does it work in Spanish?
Yes. Every screen, including the crew app, is available in English and Spanish, and each person chooses their own language. Customer texts and emails can go out in the customer's language too.
What if my crew's out in the boonies with no signal?
The crew app keeps working. Starts, finishes, notes, photos and signatures are saved on the phone and sent as soon as there's signal again.
How do customers pay me?
By card, from the link in their invoice text or email, or through their customer portal. Payments go to your own Stripe account, usually in your bank in two business days. You can turn on autopay for regular customers.
Can I bring my customers over?
Yes. Import customers and properties from a spreadsheet (CSV) in a few minutes. We're happy to help with the first import.
Who owns my data?
You do. Export everything as spreadsheets any time from Settings, and close your account whenever you like.
