Questions

How does the free trial work?

Sign up and use everything in the Pro plan for 14 days. No credit card is needed. When the trial ends, choose a plan to keep going; if you don't, your account becomes read-only and nothing is deleted.

What counts as a user?

Anyone who signs in: owners, office staff and crew members. Each plan includes some users; add more for a few dollars a month each.

What happens if we send more texts than the plan includes?

Texts keep sending. Extra texts are $0.02 each on your next bill, and you can set a limit for marketing texts like review requests.

Can I change plans or cancel?

Any time, from Settings. Upgrades take effect right away and are prorated. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

How do customers pay me?

By card, from the link in their invoice text or email, or through their customer portal. Payments go to your own Stripe account, usually in your bank in two business days. You can turn on autopay for regular customers.

Who owns my data?

You do. Export everything as spreadsheets any time from Settings, and close your account whenever you like.
